Hello my InspoPeeps!

Happy Thanksgiving week! 🍂🦃 The year has flown by and it's hard to believe we’ll be ringing in another year soon. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs but that's the cycle of life–You never know where this crazy thing will take you. I’m now at a point where I want this business to thrive beyond my wildest imagintion! The hours and labor of love are what drive me because when you do the thing you love–The thing that God gives you as a gift to share with the world–you want to spend every waking hour doing it!

What I’ve noticed is that I’m having to unlearn a lot. Being perfect with every word, design, caption, post, you name it. Being in corporate my entire career has been a blessing, but it can be a challenge when you’re trying to launch something special that’s your own. I’m not perfect and I don’t know everything. I don’t have a team. I don’t have a budget. I do this out of the love of words and inspiring people. All while combining it with an amulet you can carry with you as the reminder of those words. I’m learning to get out of my own way and let my gifts shine for all those who want to buy my products. It’s lonely. But it’s worth it because I know this is what I’m meant to do.

The positive attitude I’ve carried with me throughout my 30+ years in marketing and advertising career has taken me to places I could never have imagined. I’ve had incredible mentors and have worked with some of the largest corporations on the planet. From the cruise industry to wireless, to high tech, to food service, I’ve seen a lot and learned more than any school will ever teach you. Sometimes that positive attitude is not enough, nor is it understood, when working in a fast-paced, dog-eat-dog world. The stakes are so high and it's part of the grind. I’m hoping to change that with my own brand though. One word at a time. One newsletter at a time. One piece of jewelry at a time.

I’m thankful you’re here reading this, and my hope is that you will always find some inspiration to take with you into your day. There are many exciting things in the works over here and I’m so pumped to share them with you!
